Cushion Pro Shipping Policy

Shipping rates and delivery

This policy applies to Aera Aera Celinva Ergonomics Ergonomics Orthopedic Cushion Pro. Shipping is free when the Cushion Pro subtotal is $40 or more; below $40, the shipping charge is $4.99. Optional Shipping Protection is excluded from this threshold.

Delivery: 8–15 days. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a tracking number by email once shipped.

For mixed carts, free shipping applies to Cushion Pro. Shopify calculates any shipping charges for other products separately at checkout.

Optional Shipping Protection — $3.99

Shipping Protection is optional and is not included unless you choose it. Shipping Protection costs $3.99 per Cushion Pro cushion. When selected, the protection quantity matches the number of Cushion Pro cushions in your cart: 2 cushions cost $7.98 and 3 cushions cost $11.97. Other products do not increase this charge. The fee and total are shown before checkout. You may turn this optional service off before checkout.

Coverage applies to confirmed loss, theft or damage during transit. Claims are assessed and verified on a case-by-case basis. Contact support.aerastore@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photos or documentation. Depending on the verified case, a suitable resolution may be offered.

Shipping Protection does not cover return shipping or product returns. The service fee is non-refundable once the order has been processed. Delivery delays alone do not constitute confirmed loss.
